A word from the owner

I was introduced to the site development world in 1987.I was offered a job working with a grading contractor starting in the trenches (if you will). I worked my way up driving dump truck and moving heavy equipment, doing the labor part of utility work (digging ditches), graduated to running earthmoving equipment and moved into supervision and managing project sites. From there, I was offered a position in the preconstruction estimating department. Here I self taught myself to run the then used AGTEK earthwork takeoff system. Through the years I have estimated thousands of projects ranging from small pre-graded sites to large complex and most difficult sites.
