Demolition:

Our demolition estimate consist of digitizing (measuring) square footage of buildings/parking lots etc. along with measuring linear footage of curb/gutter, utility lines etc. this giving you the quantity, just simply add your unit number. The contractor is responsible for reviewing the plans and specifications; visiting the site and confirming any multiple levels and/or basements in buildings and/or structures etc.

Land clearing:

Land clearing estimation is usually figured during the earthwork takeoff, digitizing the limits of work. Again the contractor is responsible for visiting the site and estimating the Land clearing upon review of site conditions.

Erosion control:

Erosion quantities are estimated from the erosion sheets consisting of the temporary sediment ponds, tree save, silt fence, sediment traps, temporary seeding-slope matting etc. material prices may be purchased when available.

Earthwork:

The earthwork is quantified using the latest technology. We have two different proven computerized systems to produce the earthwork calculations. These systems produce excellent reports ranging from the project summary, total volumes to the cut/fill report showing where the cut and fill is located on the site and gives depth and/or final elevation of any area in a grid pattern. You can also view the 3d reports of what the site looks like before and after it is developed. We also offer the site balance value engineering option. Now some sites may be impossible to balance although many sites can be balanced with adjustments of less than one foot in vertical change.

Storm and roof drainage systems:

The roof drainage system is quantified by digitizing and/or scaling the liner footage of pipe and calculating the fittings. The contractor is responsible for reviewing and making there own assumption of what additional fittings may be necessary due to field conditions.

The main storm line system is quantified by calculating the material type and footage of pipe. Calculating the vertical footage of the structures as well as the cast iron tops, adjustments, inverts etc. material prices can be purchased when available.

Sanitary system:

The sanitary system is figured the same as the other utilities. Calculating material footage and type, cleanouts, structures, grease trap boxes etc.

Domestic and fire systems:

These figured in same as well. Calculating material footage and type bores-taps-vaults- backflow preventers etc.

Curb-gutter:

The curb-gutter is digitized to calculate the linear footage. Then the radius is calculated along with the HC ramps etc.

Asphalt-concrete pavement:

Calculated via; square footage digitizing the different areas of light-medium-heavy and D.O.T asphalt along with the same of concrete pavement. Each area complete with computerized reports.
